As design debuts go, this is quite an effort. Step forward Fabrizio Giugiaro and his Nazca M12.
Built in 1991 when Fab' was just 26 years old, this rather stunning hunk of carbon fibre is just one of three production-ready concept cars built by the world-renown and rather fabulous Giugiaro design house
And if you are to believe internet rumours, this particular one up for grabs was built especially for the Sultan of Brunei...

Giugiaro says this M12 was ‘inspired by F1 cars and Group C road-going cars', and features a frame and body made entirely of carbon fibre, together with light alloy components (like on racing cars). The bonnet and boot is one piece, the body dome features a wraparound windscreen and the windows are of gullwing flavour. All in the whole thing weighs just 1,110kg, lighter than a Ford Fiesta.
And sitting underneath that gloriously 90s body (Jag XJ220 anyone?) sits one of BMW's mightiest engines - the 5-litre V12 from the 850i. The spec on the blue one for sale, however, is apparently an Alpina-tuned unit, bored out to 5.7-litres with power up from 300bhp to 380bhp. Top speed is apparently 203mph. Dandy, you will agree.
The seller informs us it's one of just three Nazcas ever made, and it will set you back £653,000 plus VAT. For that, you also get air-con, some leather, central locking, power steering and just 18 miles on the clock. Yes, 18.
Sell the family silverware. In fact, sell the family. You need this car in your life.

Ok... can I just ask one question? I understand it's a very rare car, and it will be forever... then is car business got into speculation again? I'm afraid to say yes... I do think cars deserve a bit more than speculation... but if you're looking for a good deal for ten years... just buy a subaru impreza or a nissan GT-R... keep it as good as you can, and you'll make a fortune.

I can't believe it!! I only see one or two photos of the BMW Nazca but here you have many more!! very 90's really, but it really worth the 653 thousand pounds, it's a very unique and special car... buy a GT-R or a Subaru Impreza?? come on, you will never see a 600,000 pounds tag on a Subaro or a GT-R unless it survives more than 100 years, but this BMW don't have to survive that long, it's a very special and astonishing car!! time to sell one kidney, i believe...

Damn. I was "All-In" until I saw it was right hand drive. I wonder if it can be modified for LHD....
