Caddy's new CTS Sport Wagon gets tail fin-style rear lights

Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon

Wow, what an arse. We thought the regular Cadillac CTS looked good, but then we saw this estate version. Just look at it!

Harley Earl (the bloke behind Caddy's tail-fins of the 1950s) would be a proud man if he saw this. Those rear lights jut out like, erm, Harley Earl tail-fins, without looking try-hard or retro.

It's pencilled to hit the UK in autumn next year (the saloon arrives later this year), at around the same time as the CTS Coupe.

And it just adds to our current theory that estate cars look the business - much better than boring, regular saloons. The Vauxhall Insignia estate proves our point. So does the Citroen C5 Tourer. And now this.

Except, you can't call it an estate. It's a Sport Wagon, don't you know. Whatever, Caddy - call it what you want. If it looks this good, it'll get away with anything.
