Ferrari California - Paris motor show - 2008

So, it's actually finally here.

After seeing the pictures what seems like months ago - 'cos it was - we've just been able to see Ferrari's California with our own eyes.

And it's a cracker.

Slightly smaller than the pictures that we've seen suggested, in the metal it's a proper head turner. Although that back end is still a little too Lexus looking for our liking.

Folded away, the roof tucks neatly into the boot - hence the fattish looking back end, to hide it all - but it's with the roof up that it really looks best.

So here's hoping that they do a coupe version. They'd be able to tidy up that back end while they were at it too.

We also spied a black California hiding around the back of the Pininfarina stand, which is definitely the colour we'd get one in.
