Wolf pack
It's important to remain sceptical when an upstart manufacturer with no track record in building futuristic, all-electric supercars unveils plans for a futuristic, all-electric supercar.
But how can you not be hopelessly optimistic when that company is called... e-Wolf?
Yes, e-Wolf: the first company to combine the might of wild canines with the power of electricity. The German firm already builds a lightweight electric one-seater called the e1, and has just released renderings of the e2, a futuristic, all-electric supercar that it says will reach production in 2011.
The e2 is powered by four 134bhp electric motors, one in each wheel, which are said to deliver peak torque of 737lb ft. In a car weighing around 900kg, that means a lot of theoretical fastness, though e-Wolf hasn't released any performance figures yet.
However, the e2 is claimed to have a range of around 190 miles, with a battery pack that can be charged in just half an hour, presumably by plugging the car directly into the heart of an imploding star.
Far more importantly, it looks cool, with plenty of Ferrari Enzo around the front and just a hint of that weird Spada CodaTronca about its angular flanks. E-Wolf says it will release more details on the e2 in the near future, before a production version reaches the road in 2011. Presumably it will be followed by a convertible model called the e-Wolf Spider. Yep, that's a naturalist joke right there.
Plans for a British-built version, built in Yorkshire and called the e-Badger, remain entirely unconfirmed.

I can just see everything being 'eaten' up by its 'open mouth'. Was the designer suffering from a lack of sleep or something? What a design!

This looks like somebody mashed together the basic shape of a Ferrari Enzo and the Stealthy details o a Lamborghini Reventon and the hit the thing with a bolt of lightning. I love it :D

that car is fantastic looking especially the elements of both the enzo and lambo. if only a real company made it

the basic styling que is interesting to say the least........an amalgamation of the curves from an enzo with the slashy pointiness of a lambo. It looks a touch weird though if i'm being honest. it looks cool because (and this is my opinion) it reminds of 2 stunning dream cars.

It looks like the designer thought "the Enzo looks cool, so I'll just make it even pointier and then makes the air intakes even bigger even though the car's electric." Great idea...

lol realy funny e-badger x D..... really cool the car is very futuristic enzo kinda loking very cool i like it and with the front grid looking like a lambo....... really radical tires realy cool i like it....tough its an electric car i don't know why the reason the lambo kinda grid in the front but who kares its a wolf!!!!!!!!!! x D

ps: would be really cool instead of 4 electric engines one big V12 from the Lambo SV then would make serious use of the front grill........

Basic shape is from an Enzo ( Ferrari ) and mostly detailed in Reventon ( Lamborghini ) with the rear design inspired from a Stratos ( Lancia )

I honestly saw the picture and thought it was some crazy lambo concept. Like a concept for the replacement of the murcielago. I think it is a perfect combination of the current lambo look with that bug-inspired lambo graphic that was posted earlier.

Oh please! It's just a photoshop job of an Enzo mixed with Lambo Reventon styling. Any ten year old could have made that picture. Also, a German manufacturer calling any product Wolf should be locked up. Very bad taste, all of this.

if.. you put your foot down in a supercar, which you will.. the fuel goes faster. i guess the same applies to electronics.. how many miles per charge would it manage under race conditions? also, half a supercar is the noise it produces..

it's like someone who worked on the reventon had a hand in the design of this car.it's so edgy i could use it to shave!hmm.hold on,not only is it edgy,it's electric as well and it charges real fast.maybe a few phillips people had a hand as well.
