Yes, the Ferrari 458 Italia configurator has arrived, and we happily confess to being a little bit obsessed.
We're of the opinion that the 430 replacement is the best-looking Ferrari in, well, ages - 355, anyone? - which makes it even more entertaining to royally ruin it with terrifyingly ill-advised colour combinations.
Veering into the realms of tastefulness for a second, we're loving the 458 in non-metallic white, black-as-the-frozen-night black and, controversially, that weird ivory colour from the 1950s.
Head on over to the 458 configurator and spend a happy few minutes/hours creating your best - and worse - 458s. But make sure you come back, or else we'll be all lonely.

Theirs 2 Ferrari badges on the front of the car just encase you missed the first one from the angle you were knocked over at while staring at this car from the middle of the road. This could be the start of a new super car badgeing war!

i like it in navy blue and a cream interior. i'd ruin it with a green exterior with a powder blue interior on bright red interior with a white dashboard, blue steering wheel and a yellow rev counter.

My tasteful one is Giallo Modena with a red/black interior with yellow stitching & rev-counter (to match the outside). I'm not sure which alloys I prefer though. The graphitey press photo ones, or the other ones that look like Milky Way Magic Stars...

Why do car companies offer ugly colors that ruin a wonderful car? Exterior colors should be charcoal gray, black, and in Ferrari's case, red. Interiors should be black or beige. A bright colored car indicates that you have the tastes of a 10 year old child, not a successful and sophisticated Ferrari owner.

This car doesnt appeal to me. It looks awful. The last Great Ferrari was the F40. Now that car looked pretty. If i was going to spend £150000 on a car then i would go for a DBS or second hand Murcielago. Oh and that new Mclaren despite that looking worse than the f1 will be better a car to live with and drive. Ferrari should do a proper supercar again like the enzo

me personally id be predictable and go rosso scuberia with a black with red stitchingbut for true horrible look id go Avio met but that aint the worse part and have it blue and cream leather interior oh and yellow stitching to finish the nightmare off. I hope nobody purchasing one in that spec lol .

Sooooooo cool to piss about speccing a car that im probably never going to see never mind own. My good 1 looked drop dead gorgeous and somehow even when i tried to balls it up with brown paint, multicoloured interior and green stiching i still rather liked it lol

I keep reading and hearing that the F355 was the last beautiful Ferrari... That was the only model to arrive here in Peru, and even so I must say I never "adored" the looks of it! Why, oh-why do you all think it is so beautiful? It is not ugly, make no mistake, but how can you say it is more beautiful than the Enzo, or than the Scuderia (which itself is a rounder and more racing version of the 355 -looks-wise talking)?

Where is the air intake on the 458? It's mid-engined so it should have an air-intake somewhere in front of the engine compartment, but where is it?
