China likes big cars. Or rather, bigger versions of normal sized cars, if that makes sense.
At the Guangzhou Auto Show in China this week, Ford has shown off the four-door saloon version of its new Fiesta, set to be launched into Asian markets early next year.
It'll eventually go on sale in North America, too – Yanks like a trunk, it seems – with a similar engine line-up as we get over here in Europe. The underlying mechanicals are believed to have been mildly revised to cope with the bigger arse.
Very nice, guys, but we'll hang on for the Fiesta ST, ta. Guys? Guys?

If they want this in China, they can have it. As long as I don't one round here, because in contrast to the normal Fiesta, which looks great, this looks odd.

Ford should just stay with the Fiesta hatchback and the ST, defiantly not a saloon :)
