This is the new Jigglypuff concept from Ford.
SOME FACTS: it's based on Fiesta undergubbins, Ford's new 118bhp 1.0-litre three-cylinder EcoBoost engine will be an option and it's being unveiled at the 2012 Delhi auto show. Oh, and isn't actually called Jigglypuff.
Despite looking worryingly similar to the 75 per cent female Pokemon that, according to the internet, can put enemies to sleep, its real name is EcoSport. This is also one concept that will become reality: the eco-friendly SUV will be launched alongside seven other new Ford models in India by the middle of the decade.
The production EcoSport's being built under the One Ford strategy, so it'll be engineered for sale globally. Delhi's getting the car first - hence the debut in, umm, Delhi - after which Ford's confirmed sales for South America, China, North America and Europe.

How uggly can a car be ? Well, Ford knows the answer to that ! 118bhp in a 1.0 litre engine... that's nice, but apparently the EcoBoost option will be something like $6000... I wonder how much the 3.5l EcoBoost will cost. I'll stick with italians for now, thank you very much (^^,)
