Childish, yes, Funny, yes. Come on, it's Friday afternoon.
Apparently it means "full speed ahead for Top Gear", and refers to Top Gear Live's first ever appearance in Norway early next year. If "speed" really is "fart" in Norwegian, we would recommend our Scandinavian brothers brace themselves for a series of wind-based jokes once the show starts...
EDIT: According to TheDuisbergKid, a Top Gear fan corresponding on Twitter, the Norwegian for "speed bump" is "fart damper". What an excellent language.
For more Top Gear Live related hilarity, here's a nice video of Jeremy and James aboard the Dunsfold 747.
And remember, dates are below and tickets are available here - they're selling out fast...

"Fart" is indeed the Norwegian (and Danish!) word for speed. Also worth mentioning is the fact that we have a Danish town called Middelfart.
