Lotus will unveil a new version of its Evora sports car at the Geneva motor show next month. Except it's not new.
Instead, it's been fettled by Mansory, and the result is what you see above. Why? Because, according to Lotus, 'we can, and we know you're curious'.

Yes, we are curious how a Mansory-fettled Lotus would look. Much the same way we're curious how a Remington 11-87 12-gauge shotgun blast to our big toe would look.
'Contrary to media reports, what you'll see in Geneva is NOT an Evora facelift,' cries Lotus. 'It's a taste of the future of Lotus product customisation. Merely the first toe in the water...'
Not if that toe has been divorced from its foot via aforementioned 12-gauge. Let's not joke here, the Evora might be a sedate entry, but Mansory's distinguished canon of work includes this. And this. And how can you forget this? Concerned, you should be...

of course we will be concerned!! Mansory creates the ugliest cars in automotive history, in fact, the ugliest machines in human raze history!! and i counting every horrible machine i ever see!! how can Lotus let this happen?? i liked their new cars a lot, why they let Mansory to put their tasteless hands on that beautiful car??

I officially hate Dany Bahar. First, he shows the world that he's completely ignoring Colin Chapman and making fat, powerful Lotii, then he sparks massive confusion by entering Lotus Cars into F1 when Lotus's actual F1 operation had already been revived (and built by TG, of course ;-) ), now he gets Taste's Nemesis to crap all over a great-looking car and essentially says it'll keep happening to all the cars you love? What the hell are you doing man?!!! I wasn't curious at all about a trash-tuned Evora! Pass the 12-gauge......

Before this news, I was REALLY excited about their new range. Not any more. They've ruined all their future cars. If you want to see some good cars reviewed though, check out this website: www.carsandgeneralstuff.blogspot.com It's pretty cool!
