It's turning into a good day for mad Photoshop concepts.
First we saw that Iranian Porsche Carrera GT-thing, and now here's a wild take on a futuristic McLaren F1 from Brit designer Matt Williams.
Evidently deciding that the new MP4-12C is just a bit restrained to carry the flag for its iconic older brother, Williams has kept his design much truer to the original.
It features seating for three, with the driver front and centre. Like the original F1, Williams envisages his concept using a BMW-derived engine - in this case the 5.0-litre V10 from the M5.
So which do you prefer? The understated MP4-12C, or this over-the-top monster?

this is an awesome design, me and the guys at uni just stare mouth open at Matt Williams' presentation work which is hanging in the studio. It looks even better in a racing livery

This looks much better than that MP4-12C thing. The MP4-12C looks far too boring to be a supercar. I would definately prefer this one!!!

It looks like it's wincing from its own reflection. Either that or it's a cat about to pounce on a mouse. Also I think he forgot to put the tyres on. Easy mistake to make.

Well, the proportions would need to be a little rationalised first, but he should totally make McLaren build that!
