Ferrari 250 GT causes Americans to fall over to general hilarity

It took a few watches to work exactly what happened here, but we think we've cracked it.

At this year's North America Mille Miglia Tribute, driver Alain de Cadenet drives up onto the stage in his 1957 Ferrari Berlinetta 250 GT Coupe, brakes heavily, ruffles the carpet and sweeps a small cluster of humans off their feet.

An amusing way to start the day, we feel.

Looks like Ferrari need to work out how to make the 599's successor do the "table cloth trick" a bit better than that old 250GT...

To do that, you need to pull, not push. Them at Ferrari don't know that, of course.

That should be used as commercial for a car. "So stunning that will swept you off your feet!" A blooper turned into a great idea!
