Frying Pan’
Apologies for the grainy, rubbish quality of this picture, but we thought you'd want to see this one as quickly as possible.
This is a Porsche Panamera, modified by Germany's Lumma Design. They call it the CLR 700GT and it looks a little bit terrifying.
We've seen a few tuned Panameras before, but never as extreme as this. The CLR 700GT gets a huge, snouty new face, monster bodykit, 22-inch deep-dish alloys and a big rear wing.
That ‘700' refers to - yep, you guessed it - the power. Lumma has whacked up the Panamera's power to something around 700bhp, presumably with the aid of many turbos and big pipes and possibly rocket fuel.
The standard Panamera's big-arsed visuals haven't exactly received universal approval... what do you think of this one?

Imagine if a respected sports car company made an ugly car. Then, lets pretend that car was accidentally sold to a teenage drug dealer. Finally, lets consider what it would look like if that teenager glued a body kit from a Mistubishi EVO. What we are looking at here is the disfigured, black sheep child of a baboon's bottom.

Its like the SL65 Black isn't it: sinister, brash, and vulgar in a good way. but like the Black, it's trying too hard to let people know the fact that you like to drive and I don't like a car like that. Love what they've done makes it look better than stock however i still rather keep onto my M5 keys than drive that.

The wheelarches make it look less oversized I think. More harmonious. Weird thing to say about a tuned sportscar... But a 4-door Porsche with 700hp and go-faster decals? No thanks.

Much as I hate to say it, that actually looks OK. The larger arches and wheels effectively lower the roofline and cut out some of that rear bulk. I'd have to see it from the three-quarter view though, just to make sure there weren't any hidden projectile vomit opportunities..

its slightly better than the Panamera.. but thats only slightly better than the worst looking car this side of a Porsche SUV, Toyota Prius and the likes.. which isn't that bigger deal.

The Panamera is a failed niche. If you want a performance luxury saloon, you get a 760Li, S8, A8L W12, or S65 AMG. They are purpose built for luxury, are just as fast, handle just as well, and look infinitely better. The Panamera looks like a hideously disfigured, disgustingly mangled ape that is beyond recognition. This Need For Speed version demonstrates the aesthetic handicap, and moral deprivation of today's society.

I like this, I dont see why people see a bodykit and immediately think 'chav'. A good quality well thought out bodykit with a good increase in power is an improvement to most cars, its not like they just stuck a 5" back-box and a big wing on a corsa is it?

looks awsome, far better than the standard car even if it is a little bit chavvy, and you cant argue with 700 bhp and 22inch wheels. Whoop finally 1st comment ! ! ! =)=)=)
