It’s rather grotty outside, but that doesn’t mean you can’t drive Really Very Fast. As demonstrated by Patrick Depailler in 1978...

OFFICIAL: it is very, very cold today. And wet. And awful. And, if the view from our office - postured mere feet from London's glittering Westway flyover - is anything to go by, people are driving fiendishly slowly.

Which is a good thing. But what if it's 1978, your name's Patrick Depailler, the weather's similarly foul and you have to pedal a Tyrrell F1 car? You drive like a MASSIVE GREAT BIG LEGEND.

Now watch it. Traction control, shmaction control...
