If the presence of Michael Schumacher, Sebastien Vettel and Seb Loeb wasn’t enough to tempt you to the Race of Champions at Wembley Stadium this Sunday, how about this: Top Gear USA presenter and all-round drift legend Tanner Foust (far right) will be hitting the track too.
Foust, who replaces the injured Travis Pastrana – no word on how the X Games star injured himself, but given the sort of stunts he gets up to, we wouldn’t be surprised if he did it wrestling a shark while jumping a JCB over the Grand Canyon – isn’t some pampered, made-up telly type, mind.
In fact, he’s the 2007 and 2008 US Formula drift champion, a championship-winning rally driver and an X Games gold medallist.
We’ll see how he fares against the world’s best in KTM X-Bows, Ford Focus WRC cars and a bunch of other excellent metal at Wembley this Sunday. If you want tickets, well, what the hell are you waiting for?

I understand that Top Gear USA is canned because the "focus group" just didn't get it. Where did you find these people, at a book club in Greenwich Village? I personally prefer watching you guys on BBC America so not having an American version doesn't bother me so much. It would be nice to see you come to the USA, Canada and Mexico to make some shows. All three countries have some very unique roads to drive on and even if the cars aren't as cool as the European cars you could still have fun.

PLEASE cancel Top Gear USA. The show is garbage. Id rather watch reruns of the REAL Top Gear on BBC America.

yeah this is old, but i don't care adam and the other guy whos name now eludes me would have been better choices for the show then rutledge wood and adam ferrara, and as for tanner foust hes a racing driver and in the words of jeremy clarckson "they all have rubbish stupid opinions anyway so its better if they don't talk" i think the show itself would be sucessful however the casting is all wrong you cant force three guys to have good chemistry together on camera, james richard and jeremy are a great example of people who work well together and having heard on adams podcast about the pilot that was shot i think it would have been much better than the first episode was this is just my opinion, and everyone is entitled to there wrong opinions after all
