A lower iQ
Back in April, those funky yoofs at Scion showed us their version of the iQ – a chunky green booger of a thing.
Toyota’s people clearly liked it, so they’ve peeled off the Scion badges, plonked on their own and called it the ‘iQ for Sports’.
We've no idea what that name's about, but we like it a lot. That stocky bodykit gives the iQ all the visual menace of a cocky hoodlum, helped by huge 18-inch wheels squeezed into the corners. They’re so big they almost meet in the middle.
There’s a roof spoiler and trapezoidal exhaust (oblongs are sooo last century) too.
Inside, there’s 10-inch touch-screen telly and the seat bolsters are trimmed in squidgy wetsuit material.
Officially the car is still a concept, but gossip suggests it will be available to buy sometime soon. So to speed up the process, we’re starting a petition.

I really like the concept of small sporty/racy cars but...this one is a toyota.

If it is transformed into a mid engined V6/V8, I'd be interested. But cars with tiny engines and huge bodykits pretending to be sporty are just laughable (and annoying).

If I ever see one of those driving down the street, I will have to break into humming 'Entry of the Gladiators' because that bodykit makes it looks like it's wearing a clown outfit & shoes. Talk about comedy central - it's a fecking cartoon. "iQ for Sports" indeed - what are they trying to say, you need to have brain damage to play sports...or own this? You don't have to, have brain damage to play sports - it only helps sometimes but this, I think you would............

the 'iq for sports' how german does that sound? (toyota is japanese and scion probably are 2, everyone seems to be these days) whats rong with calling it simply 'Dishwasher sport' or 'dishwasher s'. i dont like it, i dont like toyota. no seriosly they havent got a single car i like. and its still a bloody dishwasher.

There is just one thing I don't understand. Do they come equipped with paper bags or is that an extra? If you drive one of these things you will need the bags to cover your head, in case somebody recognizes you. Course if you choose tp drive around in one of these things you probably don't have any Human friends anyway... Toyota is popular in La La Land (Hollywood), nough said...
