Everybody loves a V8. Especially a big, hulking behemoth of a V8, such as the ‘427' FE in this here video.
The 7.0-litre engine is machined from a single block of aluminium, and Kirkham Motorsports University has kindly decided to condense the process and stick in the Internet for all the world to see.
Well world, see it now...

It is true art how they take a single block of AL-U-MIN-I-UM and craft it into a 7.0 litre V8. Its just a shame that because its been made by 'good ol American engineering' it'll only produce the same amount of power as a teaspoon and an elastic band

Real engineers don't talk in pounds - they talk in kilos. Perhaps thats why american motorsport is rubbish.
