Codemasters - the men behind the excellent recent F1 2010 - have released their first sneak preview of Dirt 3. In an unscientific survey, we think approximately 100 per cent of the Top Gear audience have just one suggestion for the new game: MORE RALLYING.
Well, this video seems to show Codemasters have been listening. Not only do they claim that the new game is "60 per cent rallying", they've also mapped out 32 complete stages across Finland, Norway, Kenya and Michigan.
There are also a series of iconic cars including both the Ford Focus and Citroen C4 from this season's WRC and next season's Ford Fiesta. Plus the likes of the 60s Mini Cooper and Audi Sport Quattro Rallye.
Frankly, this is looking very promising indeed for rally fans after the somewhat limp official release last month. More as we get it...

2 questions: when is it due and on which platforms? I hope it'll be in the summer 'cos I'll be sleeping in the line before the shop.

That looks not bad, i was hoping that they will have a mixture of gamemodes, like a rally section based for the pure fun of sliding cars through the deferent stages and a section just for messing about. Oh, and @Takk, I'm guesing the obviouse, PC, PS3, Xbox 360, mabey the PSP.
