It's the oldest game in history - older a pair of Jeremy's tattered 501s. And the good news is that it's not half as tricky as it looks - simply roll the dice, do a bit of maths and move your counters along the points to see them home. Simple.

Rudie67 on March 11, 2012 at 6:50pm How can you call this Backgammon???? I played it and the rules don't seem to apply..... How on earth can a piece come onto the board which two of my pieces are sitting. If you're gonna put a game on here at least use the rules

ukaaronsmith on February 27, 2012 at 12:03am i enjoyed the game, but its a shame when your strategy resolves around trapping your opponents pieces of the board and the game rules don't seem to be applied properly which ruins the game. e.g. rolling a 4 and a 5 means you can move a piece to either the 4th slot or 5th, if you can't fill those spots you can't make a move and forfeit a turn you can't move to the 9th spot that's ridiculous, other than that i love the game

Abc on February 01, 2012 at 1:05am Useless. Backgammon rules do not seem to be followed here. For example there's one rule that says; "In the course of a move, a checker may land on any point that is unoccupied or is occupied only by a player's OWN checkers.A checker may NEVER land on a point occupied by TWO or MORE opposing checkers". I did not see this apply in that game.
