Our ten favourite Alfa concepts

As Alfa Romeo re-releases the 4C for Frankfurt, we’ve rustled up ten from its back catalogue

If the new Alfa 4C wasn't so brilliantly superb, we'd currently be in a big huff. That's because Alfa's not giving us a shiny new concept at this year's Frankfurt motor show. Instead, we have to make do with an old ‘un that's had a blow over.

As Alfa has promised we'll be getting a road-going version of this most excellent thing, we'll let them off.

But it does gives us an excuse to follow suit, by revisiting some of our favourite old Alfa Romeo concepts. There are many, and some of them are barkingly, madly superb.
