Audi has built a TT RS for proper racers. People who spend more money on engine lubricants and Nomex bodysuits than they do anti-ageing facials and exfoliating salt scrubs.

We first brought you news of this hot little Audi when Raeder motorsport unveiled its creation to the world's Internet. Built in conjunction with Audi, it features a 2.5-litre five-pot TFSI engine, lots of motorsport bits and even some parts from the Audi RS LMS edition.

And it tasted its first piece of tarmac when it contested the SP 4T class during the Nurburgring endurance championship over the weekend. More racing will occur for this little beast, but for now, feast on these rather awesome pics at the track and in the studio...
