Morgan vs Wiesmann
The old enemies meet again. Morgan fights for England; Wiesmann for Germany. Let battle commence...

You'll never get bored of pointing the Morgan's bonnet down a decent road, though; it's a flowing landscape of hand-beaten aluminium, air vents and disappearing headlamp fairings. Keeping that landscape pointing in the right direction is a different matter, however.
The Aero SS has a power-to-weight ratio of 315bhp/tonne, courtesy of a BMW-sourced, 367bhp 4.8-litre V8 and a lightweight ally chassis, and though there's electronic brake distribution there doesn't appear to be any form of traction control other than the driver's right foot. (When mine slips on the exit of a damp roundabout, my nipples are working overtime.) Despite great claims to structural integrity, the car's chassis doesn't feel particularly stiff either, so even after 40 miles the first tentative drive is still pretty tentative.
