Hamster has a go in the most expensive Jaguar ever made – the £413k XJ220

It's difficult, in fact, to imagine anyone racing one. It feels enormous and, frankly, a bit numb and remote. But race it they did. Tom Walkinshaw was, together with Jaguar, co-owner of Jaguar Sport Ltd, the company that built it in Banbury and, in 1993, a Jaguar XJ220C won the GT Class at Le Mans in the hands of David Coulthard, John Nielsen and David Brabham - not all at the same time, obviously; they took turns. Though it feels like they could all fit in it. The thing is enormous. But I'll say this about it: it's managed that trick, seemingly unique to Jaguars, of growing into its own skin.
