Hammond’s Oliver gets resurrected
Richard’s Opel Kadett from the boys’ Botswanan epic to get restored! Again!

Those with a long-standing Top Gear magazine subscription and impeccable memory may remember that he's already been under the welder's torch; he got a quick spiv-up back in 2009 (see issue 189 for more).
But this time, Richard's decided to give Oliver a rather large and altogether more extensive restoration. It'll include a respray in its original colour, full tune-up, new chrome trim, side strips, headlights, steering wheel and braking system.
Hammond says "We'll be putting him back to how he was when he rolled off the production line in 1963".
