...The destination of this immersive journey into Ferrari is Finali Mondiali, Ferrari's end-of-season festival, held this year at Mugello. Our transport is a white Ferrari FF. The 4WD estate. It's got stop/start, split-fold rear seats and enough bootspace for every one of the store's umbrellas. The most un-Ferrari Ferrari of modern times, perhaps, but also a stroke of genius, a reinvention of the grand-tourer concept. It allows us to use the words ‘shooting brake' in conversation, and for that alone we like it very much indeed.
