...shut the door and turn the key. The little green Kia is a bubble of sanity among the strangeness, weaving through the neon backstreets of its home city. This is the Picanto, our Bargain Car of the Year, a fluorescent metaphor for South Korea's journey from the havoc of wartime to economic enormity.
