Spitfire-engined Bentleys, Alex James and more... Behind the scenes at Sunday's show
Posted: 04 Mar 2012
Only two more shows to go in the current series, TopGear.commers, but don't feel too down. This week's Top Gear features some frankly astonishing cars, which made for a memorable day down at Dunsfold.
From fire-and-oil-spitting, 46 litre, airplane-engined monsters to modern, lithe trackday superstars, the track (and Stig) were in heavy use.
Including, of course, an economic Kia C-Apostophe-D tootling around, this week piloted by Blur bassist and cheese fan Alex James.
See you as usual on Sunday, 8pm, BBC Two and BBC HD. But for now, have a look at what you can expect...
