9. 1991 Toyota Soarer Z30

It's got a digital dashboard, you could get it it with a 4.9 litre V8, and it was rammed with tech (FACT: it was the first car in history to feature GPS navigation via a CD-ROM). It came in 5-speed manual flavour, too. Nice.
