Wallpapers: the mighty Lamborghini Huracán
We take evil's new poster boy to great heights in southern Spain for your desktop’s pleasure

The Gallardo is dead. But if your desktop is looking glumly into the void left by Lamborghini's V10 baby, good news: we've got some gorgeous shots of its successor, the stunning Huracán.
We recently took the 603bhp mid-engined monster for a nice long drive to the Sierra Nevada mountain range in Spain, and now we've fed the photographs from that story into Top Gear's wallpaper machine in order to gift your computer, iPad or phone's background with some pixelated presents.
What is Huracán? A Mayan god of wind, storm and fire, but also a late 19th-century fighting bull from Alicante. For Lamborghini, it's more about the wind of change - the Huracán has an all-new chassis, a new electronic nervous system, a new seven-speed dual-clutch 'box, and a heavily revised version of its rather excellent 5.2-litre V10. Why so important? Because this car fills the gaping void left by the Gallardo, Lambo's 14,000-plus best-seller this past decade and principle profit centre.
So, quite a big deal for the Italians then. That's why we took a very green Huracán to the highest paved road in Europe to see if it could fill its predecessor's boots, a story you can read here. But first, scroll through the pics above, click the size that takes your fancy and add it to your computery device's background.
