In the last decade, helped by an international invasion of the mega-rich, London has become a magnet for priceless metal. One evening stroll through Kensington and Knightsbridge and you'll see the daily flood of hypercars descend on the town to scrape speed humps, kerb wheels and merrily ignore traffic wardens.
And one man has made it his mission to keep a record of what's in town. He's 18-year-old Alex Penfold. Like the less salubrious paparazzi haunting our capital in search of a starlet falling out of a cab, he loiters around the most exclusive parts of town hunting cars like the Bugatti Veyron L'Or Blanc, Koenigsegg Agera R, and Bugatti Veyron Centenaire.
