I've yet to see this episode on Dave and yet I've seen other episodes a million times!!! When will it be on again??

Yeah, the reason there are no re-runs is because Hammond doesn't want this episode to be shown again. I admit the challenge was very, very funny and I wouldn't mind seeing it again (perhaps on a future "Challenges" DVD *hint-hint*!) but we have to respect Hammond's wishes.
