I've never been a SAAB fan...thought they were one of the ugliest cars on the road. However, I have to admit to having respect for their stubborn sense of independence and attention to detail. It is with a sense of disappointment that I learned of their demise. One more car maker who dared depart from the 'pregnant jelly-bean' look of todays' Hondyota cars is gone and our automotive universe is the poorer for it.
