Its not so much that you cannot use your cellphone on public transport, its that people would like you not to; and to be honest if you ever go to Japan they view their own culture as ridiculously complex to the point that they should tell you what to do as not to inadvertently annoy other people. The roads there in the mountains are generally amazing, and in incredibly good condition, but the traffic is terrible because you will be stuck behind a car that goes 20mph almost indefinitely.

I really like this challenge, especially because I find Japan a unique country. With these challenges, had already traveled to many countries in the world, Europe has been in almost everyone.
