I do believe Mr.May, that the new Stig is Japanese... He was sent by Nissan, with the GT-R, & he stayed because the BBC gave him the job. Possibly because he fit in the suit straight away....

none of the testers bother to note that if you do said launch more than three times, you void the warranty on that very pricey transmission and when it dissolves into a spray of springs and cogs on the fifth launch, you own the problem

All I can say is that I love this car. I probably will never own one myself, but this is what dreams are made of. I don't care how much it cost, if I had the money to buy one I would buy it tomorrow.
