Being an American, I have to speak on behalf of the Chrysler. Not for it, but on its behalf. It is NOT a muscle car. It's like a cheaper, American Bentley. It is for cruising through city streets (I know that sounds nuts, considering London, Paris, and Rome congestion) and carrying executives, or, as Jeremy pointed out, bodyguards. This is the kind of car an important mobster would travel in, or a head of state. Suspension is cushy to absorb potholes, and brake are for slowing for yet another city red light on the way to the billiard hall, the embassy, or the big white building you limeys tried to burn down in the second war you lost to us. I beg that you give the Chevrolet Camaro SS a go, only that will show your petite island taste what Ameica is all about. Aloha cousins! ~JPMacIntyre

I am an American also, and i must also talk about American engineering. Sadly as this challenge proves, Americans can build some amazing pieces, however it takes Australia to make it work well. I love my country but would love my country more with some "outside" influence.

Surprise surprise, I’m an American too. I have an ’06 S-Type R so I’m bias on this one. My buddy has a 300C and loves his. He wishes he’d forked out for the SRT8 version though. You get the better breaks and suspension with that one. If they had tested the SRT8 version they’d have had a tougher choice. The problem is, when they made this episode the SRT8 didn’t exist yet. Everyone that rides in my Jag are simply astonished at the performance and luxury of this beast. As far as the looks though, I LOVE the front end on it. Of course, we don’t have nearly the amount of jags running around here as they do…….probably. I’d love to see them do a show with a Camaro SS. I had an ’88 IROC-Z and a ’98 Convert Camaro.

Come on top gear the Chrysler is not a muscle car. It shouldn't have been put up against the cars it was.

O4 Savesh, Pause the video for a minute or so and then push play again. That should stop the freezing.

I love the front end of the Jag. I just hate the way I hit my head on it's roof. Oh and lets be fair, the Monaro is a GM product (they own Holden), The 300 is an old Merc, and the Jag is a Ford. At least these cars, from this year. Now who knows if the goverment will let GM keep Holden, the next 300 will be a Fiat, and the next Jag.....a Tata. What a strange time we live in.
