Those d--n campers! Another Rednecks Fantasy on wheels! They just bog the roads down, don't they?

Well, here in the U.S. it's a bit better because most of them are on the highways in the slow lane so it's not hard to pass them. You don't really see them on the other roads, mostly interstates.

I find this vid is very bizarre and would love to know the real reason why James made it especially as we know James goes caravanning himself. I am guessing that someone has upset him big time and this is his response. Perhaps if he came clean he would be less chewed up inside and not make serious vids as top gear is not a serious program, it's entertainment.

Hmmm, I seem to remember a certain series called Oz & James Drink to Britain" in which the titular persons meandered about Blighty in one of Satan's mobile homes.....

This is what the BBC has me doing..calling RV's "caravans", trucks "lorries", hoods "bonnets", trunks "boots"...and all this in everyday conversation with other Americans. PLUS I live in Alabama, which as you all know by now, using words outside Standard Hillbilly Vocabulary can get you killed. Have to say though, that the caravan on fire scene was one of the funniest ever on Top Gear.

THANK YOU JAMES! I love the way you said that. What the heck is Camping(U.S. vernacular)...but moving your house next-door to a different neighbor?...at the extreme annoyance of everybody on the road...that already has a house where they want it. Every time I drive past a "camp-site", and see them parked elbow to elbow with a thousand other "campers"...I get claustrophobic and can't wait to get home. :)

I was kinda expecting the caravan to blow up, or something similar, at final picture of it...

I hate caravans too
