Ok I'm wondering a few things. First why didn't they grab a GTI? I mean they have all agreed in the past that its the grandfather of all hot hatches and that its the best one. So why not pick it up? Second why don't we in the US get any of these cars? Sure we'll be getting the Fiat 500 abarth soon (hopefully), but Citroen, nor the Renault will even sell cars here let alone either of these hot hatches.

@mizino im sure you can import one of these cars to the U.S.A, but car companies in the states have probably got it fixed in their minds that americans dont want to downsize, just want a car with a big engine

For my great ego ,only those 1980's-90's hatch back can claim as hot hatch. The reasons... 1)not much electronic control system 2)pretty light(less than 1.2 ton),which is why they're fun to drive altough they got less than 200hp 3)mission——a hot hatch suppose born with racing DNA,not about spacious or can it carry passenger at the back seat
