Not the best car in this uninspiring, fleet-orientated end of the segment but a very worthy effort.
At a stretch, we can see a point to the 4WD versions, but really though, this is an unnecessary diversion. And not a very pretty one, either.
There’s nothing wrong with the Volkswagen Jetta, but why on earth would you get one when the Golf is so much more versatile?
