Layout, finish and space

The dihedral doors now open wider, plus the sills of the carbon tub have been cut down by 85mm, both to improve access. However, this is still not an easy or elegant car to get in and out of. But once in you’ll find a perfect driving position and small touches that do undoubtedly make this McLaren more user friendly. There are door pockets, an optional Bowers & Wilkins sound system, a vastly improved IRIS infotainment set-up and decent sound deadening.
