Gallery: the amazing cars of the Amelia Island concours

This past weekend, the annual Amelia Island Concours event honoured legendary racer Hans-Joachim Stuck. It also honoured a host of classic machinery.

As the Florida-based event enters its third decade then, here's a quick rundown of some of the highlights. Everything from the Mercedes-Benz 300SL, through a classic BMW CSL and Janis Joplin's old Porsche. And some, um, modern Lamborghinis and McLarens.
