Royal Enfield's Frozen Adventure Part Seven: Building The Motorcycles
To celebrate its 120th anniversary, Royal Enfield attempted a ride to reach the South Pole on a motorcycle. This is their story.
In the last episode of the series, we take you to where it all started - assembling and testing the Royal Enfield Himalayan as it was prepared for the expedition in Antarctica. Senior engineer Dean Coxson recalls how he was chosen to be a part of this adventure during this period.
The team breaks down the process of fine-tuning this bike that was already well-suited for 90 South. With just a few modifications, the Himalayan was all set for the snowy, mountainous terrains of the white continent. Watch how the team made it all happen at the Royal Enfield UK Technology Centre.
