The Range Rover Sport SV Edition Two offers four new specs for the 626bhp SUV

Surprise surprise, new Edition Two follows the Edition One and offers blue, black, grey or copper paint

Published: 06 Aug 2024

When the XXL wraps were pulled off the Range Rover Sport SV in May 2023, we were told that it would initially be available in ‘Edition One’ spec. That meant that you could choose between one of three ‘curated’ looks before delving into the options list from there.

And now we have completely shocking news, because Range Rover is following up the Edition One with (drumroll please) … the Edition Two.

Hardly the most inventive naming structure ever, but at least it makes sense *cough, Audi, cough*. Range Rover says the new Two brings four curated themes with new forged carbon fibre options for 2024. Each ‘theme’ starts with an exterior paint colour, so you’ll be able to get Blue Nebula Matte, Ligurian Black Gloss, Marl Grey Gloss or Sunrise Copper Satin.

The matte blue is apparently inspired by the Northern Atlantic coast and has a ‘colour shifting effect’ with a ‘hint of green’ in the paint. Interesting. It’s paired with the forged carbon exterior pack, a painted carbon bonnet and 23in forged black alloy wheels. There are blue brake calipers and inside you get SV Performance Seats finished in Light Cloud and Ebony Windsor leather.

The grey spec is paired with a gloss carbon exterior pack and an exposed carbon bonnet. It also gets 23in carbon fibre wheels with copper brake calipers, and the interior is a mix of Rosewood and Ebony Windsor. The Sunrise Copper car also gets an Ebony Windsor (that’s black, by the way) leather interior, as well as black wheels and red calipers. The gloss black exterior paint also gets an exposed carbon bonnet and carbon wheels, while the interior uses knitted fabrics and is finished in ‘Cinder and Ebony’.

We’re told that each spec can be played with by opting for alternative wheels and different brake caliper colours, but these four looks will be your new starting off points. No word yet on whether the price will change from the £171,460 that Range Rover asked for the Edition One.
