The first electric Dodge Charger customers will be given two days of performance driver training

Early Charger Daytona customers will get bonus goodies, including Dodge-branded leather driving gloves

Published: 17 Sep 2024

Orders have now officially opened for the all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona. Yep, we’ve arrived in a whole new world of muscle cars, folks.

And we have good news for those of you who are keen to enter that era as soon as possible, because the first customers will be given a bunch of goodies to sweeten the deal.

Yep, anyone who specs and orders a Charger Daytona R/T or Charger Daytona Scat Pack before 31 October this year will receive two days of performance driver training in the new Charger at the Radford Racing School in Chandler, Arizona.

Probably wise given that the range-topping Scat Pack has 661bhp and 627lb ft of torque.

Those early customers will also get a VIP concierge to take them through the whole order process, plus there’s something that Dodge is calling the ‘First Call welcome kit’. That includes “an official letter of authenticity documenting the vehicle as a First Call Dodge Charger Daytona” and a set of Dodge-branded leather driving gloves. Sadly no pictures of those just yet.

The early Charger Daytonas will all be two-door coupes, with four-door sedans and internal combustion engined iterations further down the road. Prices for the R/T will start at $59,595, while the Scat Pack will set you back at least $73,190.
