Detroit 2011: Cadillac CTS-V Coupe racer
Johnny O'Connell and Andy Pilgrim are lucky buggers. Alongside having more than a modicum of driving talent, they will pilot this bewinged beast.
The Cadillac CTS-V Coupe race car will compete in the Sports Car Club of America World Challenge GT racing series kicking off on March 25, following its first on-track tests at the Sebring International Raceway later this month.
No more info has been released, but according to Internet, Cadillac is re-entering road racing to ensure ‘its V-Series stays on the cutting edge of performance'. If it improves the already quite tasty standard CTS-V Coupe we drove last year, we're all in.
The Detroit motor show kicks off next week, so we'll bring you coverage straight from the show floor as it drops. Until then, click, click, click...
