Amid all the glitz, glamour, razzmatazz and bratwurst of the Frankfurt motor show, Mazda is unveiling its new 6.

While the looks may not be a radical departure from the outgoing car, underneath it's all-new and goes further down the road of Mazda's 'Kizuna' philosophy.

Kizuna is the emotional connection between man and machine, according to Mazda, although we suspect most visitors will be busier connecting emotionally to many of the concepts and supercars on display.

No matter, the Mazda6 will be on a road near you come early 2008, and you can't say that of most concept cars.
