Mega news - Mega motor is a bright spark - 2006
Commercial vehicles don't get us too excited as a rule, but the oh-so cutesy Mega is an exception.
The tiny-tot commercial also appeals because it's exempt from the London Congestion Charge and you can park free of charge in parts of the capital that normally require a second mortgage to feed a meter.
The Mega gets around the Congestion Charge if you opt for the electrically powered model, which starts at £9,500 plus VAT.
A range of 60 miles continuous driving limits the Mega to town work, but the manufacturer says the car will hold a charge for a full day's work driving around a city.
There are also 400cc and 479cc diesel engines available.
Find out more from www.goingreen.co.uk, which sells the French-built Mega directly through its website.
