The Overfinch Velocity will fulfil all of your carbon desires
Footballers of the UK, rejoice!
The new Overfinch Velocity wants to make a statement. Presumably one along the lines of ‘I’ve got more money than you’ given its rather overt nature.
A Range Rover is hardly a shrinking violet in the first place, but add a full carbon-fibre body kit, satin black paint and a monumental powerdome on the hood and you’ve got something that’ll stand out pretty much anywhere other than a Premier League football club car park.
Just look at those fake exhausts (the valves in the actual pipes are apparently controlled via Bluetooth). And we’re not sure that carbon diffuser is providing too much downforce.
Elsewhere there’s giant 23-inch ‘Cyclone’ wheels with mesmerising criss-crossed spokes. Look into them for too long and you’ll either a) unlock the secrets of the known universe, or b) feel really, really dizzy.
On the inside, the standard Rangie interior is swapped out for a new bespoke look. The one you see above has lambswool carpets and hexagonally quilted leather. Diamonds are so last year.
On the options list is crushed carbon-fibre, rather than the herringbone weave you see above, and an apparently limitless array of exterior paintwork and interior leather colourways. You can also apply all of the updates to a long wheelbase Range Rover if you really feel the need.
There’s no word on price from Overfinch. If you have to ask, you can’t afford etc… Or alternatively, if you have to ask you need some time to take a long hard look at yourself.
