Toyota Urban Cruiser news - Toyota cruises into Geneva - 2006
Toyota will have plenty going on at the Geneva motor show when it unveils its new Urban Cruiser concept.
Designed in Europe, the Urban Cruiser draws on Toyota's long experience in building SUVs and is much more of an off-roader than many other concepts that follow the trend for crossover vehicles.
The Urban Cruiser's interior is more chic than the rugged exterior, taking its inspiration from modern furniture.
Other Toyota concepts on display include the Fine-T and i-Swing that were first seen at the Tokyo show last November.
Geneva will also see the debut of the new Yaris T Sport, which arrives in the UK the summer.
The Toyota uses a 1.8-litre engine and sits on lowered suspension, with a revised front grille, and front and rear bumpers.
