The Mazda CX-60 is getting a small interior and comfort refresh for 2025
Oh, and more generous use of fancy material inside too
The Mazda CX-60 is getting a few changes for 2025, including upgrades to the suspension across all trim levels and a light interior mop-up to the mid-range ‘Homura’.
That refresh includes black Nappa leather seats, a revised dashboard, fancier lining on the roof and pillars and increased use of metal finishes throughout. The idea is to bring it closer to the equivalent trim level for its CX-80 bigger brother.
Mechanically, the suspension setup has been adjusted too, now sporting slightly softer rear springs with slightly firmer shock absorbers and a recalibration to the stability settings.
The trio of powertrains will remain unchanged, and includes the 3.3-litre mild hybrid, 3.0-litre petrol and 2.5-litre plug-in hybrid - the latter throwing out 323bhp, 369lb ft of torque and a 0-62mph time of 5.8s. OK so it’s not quite a race-spec RX-7, but it should be enough for weekly Aldi runs.
Other bits include a 12.3in digital infotainment hub, and lots of (likeable) physical switchgear. You get smartphone connectivity too, so don’t stress.
Expect the new CX-60 to hit showrooms early next summer, with prices starting from £42k for the entry-level ‘Exclusive-Line’ and touching close to £50k for a fully-loaded, range-topping ‘Takumi’.
