John McGuinness in serious chafing incident

Regular TopGear.com readers will know John McGuinness - he's the TT biking hero who took our own Piers Ward on a high-speed pillion ride around the legendary course. From which poor Piers has never really recovered.

He is also, of course, the man who has won more Isle of Man TT races than any other living rider.
