Seinfeld is selling his multi-million dollar Porsche collection
And you have until March to save up enough money for one

The actor and comedian Jerry Seinfeld is well known for having spent his hard-earned readies on a wide range of motors over the years.
The 61-year-old has a particular interest in Porsches, with reports suggesting that at one point he had as many as 46 tucked away in an underground garage in Manhattan not far from his home in New York.
Alas no longer, it seems. Seinfeld is putting 16 of his Porsches up for sale at Amelia Island in Florida next month, with the collection expected to fetch many millions of dollars.
Just how many millions isn’t clear, as only three of the lots have publically available estimates. However, the Porsche 550 Spyder, 356 A 1500 GS/GT Carrera Speedster and 911 Carrera 3.0 IROC RSR that have been priced are expected to fetch at least $8,200,000.
Describing the ensemble as “one of the finest Porsche collections ever assembled”, Gooding & Co president David Gooding believes the auction represents a “rare opportunity” for fans of the German carmaker.
Naturally Seinfeld himself agrees with that sentiment, claiming that many of the vehicles on offer are “the best examples that exist in the world”.
“Honestly, if I had unlimited time, space and attention span I would never sell one of them,” he continued. “And the reason I wanted to bid these cars farewell in this way is really just to see the look of excitement on the faces of the next owners who I know will be out of their minds with joy that they are going to get to experience them.”
“My enthusiasm for this pursuit remains quite insane and I am very fortunate to have many other cars I get to look after.”
In case you’re interested, a 1960 VW Beetle and a 1964 VW Camper van belonging to Seinfeld are also going under the hammer. No? Never mind then. Here are those Porsches, starting with the oldest...
